How to start a conversation with us
There is no formal proposal process required to begin. Send us a brief description of the situation your organisation is facing — the context, the urgency, and what a good outcome would look like — and we will respond with an honest view of whether and how we can help. If the fit is clear, we schedule a scoping call to design the engagement. If the fit is uncertain, we say so and suggest what might be a better path. The initial conversation is always without obligation and without a sales pitch.

Do you work with early-stage businesses?
We do take on early-stage clients where the founder has a specific strategic or operational question that consulting can answer. We are less suited to businesses that need a mentor or general business development support — that work is better placed with an incubator or accelerator programme.
What does an engagement typically cost?
Engagement fees vary by scope, duration, and the seniority of consultants involved. Short diagnostic engagements typically start at KSh 250,000. Multi-month strategy or transformation programmes are scoped and priced individually after the discovery conversation.
Can you work with donor-funded programmes?
Yes. We have experience operating within donor-funded project structures, including procurement, reporting, and governance requirements common to international development programmes active in Kenya.
